
Mr Tan Pik Hong, B Com (NMIT)
Mr. PH Tan B.Com.(Acc) is an internal audit practitioner, treasury and financial expert with more than 20 years’ experience in accounting, finance and internal audit. His specialties include system implementation and assessments of systems using various tools such as ODBC driver, CAATS (computer assisted audit programmes), writing queries and analysis using both Microsoft Access/Excel. Such tools to help assess the weakness of internal control as implemented by clients and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance. He is also familiar with the requirements of carrying out investigations into corporate fraud activities and the requirements of the corporate governance.
His broad range of experience and knowledge of internal controls was obtained from his experience, namely locally in the following industries: Banking & Finance, Trading, Retail, Manufacturing, Plantations, Real Estate, Information Technology and Hotel Management. He has carried out risk assessment exercises for numerous companies, has been involved in SDLC processes in the implementation of a number of IT applications during his career, and has led investigations into a number of corporate fraud activities.
His in-depth knowledge of ERP system has enabled him to be made the Project Manager/Leader in the ERP Implementation of clients. As a project leader, he also active in implementing Autopay/Autodebit modules. He has extensive experience in problem solving and in designing procedures/operating manuals of the systems he has successfully implemented.

Ms Jasmin Gan Chooi Chern
Ms Jasmin Gan is an Accountant, and financial expert with more than 15 years’ working experience in Gamuda Berhad and with more than 20 years in listed companies. Her specialties include insurance operation and system implementation. She is also familiar accounting in servicing business such as money lending and insurance.
Her broad range of experience and knowledge of accounting covering industries: Leasing and money lending, Trading and Retail.
Her in-depth knowledge of accounting has enabled her handle full sets of accounts independently. She also able to clear all backlog of accounting and operation work within a reasonable time frame. She also in charged of training and as a leader of training in accounting department. She has supervised and monitoring the progress of the on-job training for her subordinates.
